Understanding the connection between nutrition and the metabolism of cells, tissues, glands and organs. Improving the function of cells, tissues, glands and organs with whole food nutrition.

SESSION II

Objective and subjective assessment of each patient's metabolism and nutritional status, using a lipid profile, examinations and questionnaires.

SESSION III

Nutritional strategies for musculoskeletal and cardiovascular health, including strategies for exercise, training and athletic performance.

SESSION IV

Nutritional strategies for exercise intolerance, pain, injury, inflammation, arthritis, hormone deficiencies and sleep disturbances.
