JERRY BRUNETTI,
BS, is managing director of Agri-Dynamics, a 23-year-old company
engaged in ecological systems approaches to livestock, crop and
horticultural programs. Jerry is also co-founder of Earthworks,
a company engaged since 1991 in instituting biological practices
in the golf course and landscape industries. Jerry was an animal
science major at North Carolina State University. He currently
serves on the steering committees of the Eastern Pennsylvania
Chapter of the Weston Price Foundation, the Lower Mt. Bethel Environmental
Advisory Council, and The Foodshed Alliance of the Ridge Valley.
Jerry is a regular speaker at numerous sustainable agriculture
and health conferences throughout the USA. |

JEFFREY M. SMITH, MBA, has
been involved in activism against genetically modified (GM) foods
for nearly a decade--in 1998 he even ran for U.S. Congress to
raise public awareness of the health and environmental impacts.
Smith is the founding director of the Institute for Responsible
Technology, a member of the Sierra Club Genetic Engineering Committee,
and a member of the advisory board of the Campaign to Label Genetically
Engineered Foods. He is the author of the best selling Seeds
of Deception. |

RUSSELL BLAYLOCK, MD, served
as Clinical Assistant Professor Neurosurgery at the University
of Mississippi Medical Center, Director Advanced Nutritional Research.
He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of the American
Nutraceutical Association and the editorial board of the
Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons. He has written
three books on nutritional subjects: Excitotoxins: The Taste
That Kills, Health, Nutrition Secrets That Can Save Your
Life and Natural Strategies for Cancer Patients
and is the author of 30 papers in peer-reviewed journals as well
as three chapters in medical textbooks. |

DAVID GETOFF, ND, has a bachelor
of science degree in nutrition and holistic therapies from the
Union Institute University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a board
certified naturopath and nutritionist. Mr. Getoff is a Fellow
of the American Association of Integrative Medicine, an elected
member of the American College of Nutrition and is the vice president
of the internationally respected Price Pottenger Nutrition Foundation.

in the 21st Century, is used in many health practitioners’
offices to educate patients about healthy eating practices. |

CHARLES EISENSTEIN, BA, teaches
in the Department of Science, Technology, and Society at Penn

TOM COWAN, MD, graduated magna
cum laude from Duke University in 1977, served as a Peace Corps
volunteer in Swaziland from 1977-1980 and graduated from Michigan
State medical school in 1984. Cowan has provided holistic medical
care in his private practice from 1985 to present. He is the past
vice president of the Physician’s Association for Anthroposophical
medicine and founding board member of the Weston A. Price Foundation.
He is the author of The Fourfold Path to Healing (NewTrends
2004).

KAAYLA DANIEL, PhD, THE WHOLE
NUTRITIONIST® , is a writer, seminar leader and nutritionist
in private practice. She is board certified clinical nutritionist
(CCN) and holds a PhD in nutritional sciences and anti-aging therapies

MARY G. ENIG, PhD, an expert
of world renown in the field of lipid chemistry, has brought scientific

ARTHUR EVANGELISTA is an honor
graduate of the College of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ –
School of Allied Health Professions for Advanced Emergency Medical
Technology. Combining careers in emergency medicine and law enforcement,
Mr. Evangelista applied these strengths as a (former) federal
investigator for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Investigations
Branch. He has written on the association of these food additives
to neurological and neuro-endocrine disordersand has appeared
on several radio and television broadcasts detailing government
regulatory problems. |

SALLY FALLON, MA, is the author
of Nourishing Traditions and president of The Weston
A. Price Foundation. Her interest in the subject of diet and human
health began in the 1970s when she read Nutrition & Physical
Degeneration by Dr. Weston A. Price. Her experience in applying
Dr. Price’s findings to the feeding of her own family, and
her work with Dr. Mary Enig, led her to write Nourishing Traditions.

LINDA JOYCE FORRISTAL, CCP
is the food and travel editor at The World & I magazine,
the monthly publication of The Washington Times. She
serves on the board of the Weston A. Price Foundation and writes
a regular food column in Wise Traditions. A Certified
Culinary Professional (CCP), she is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier
International and the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
She recently received her masters degree in tourism administration
from George Washington University. She is the author of Ode
to Sucanat and Bulgarian Rhapsody: The Best of Balkan
Cuisine. She earned her moniker Mother Linda by being the
mother of three hungry boys. |

DONNA GATES, MEd, is the author
of the best-selling The Body Ecology Diet and The
Stevia Cookbook: Cooking with Nature’s Calorie-Free Sweetener.
A popular lecturer and the frequent subject of radio and television
interviews, Ms. Gates holds an MEd in counseling and a BS in early
childhood development. She is currently working with autistic
children, obtaining excellent results using nourishing traditional
foods and Body Ecology principles to repopulate the gut and maintain

KENNETH MOREHEAD, DOM, is licensed
as a doctor of Oriental Medicine in New Mexico, nationally board
certified as an acupuncture orthopedist, and practices as a licensed
acupuncturist in North Carolina. Dr. Morehead was the keynote
speaker for the first Weston Price Conference. He is involved
in initiating acupuncture research projects at Duke University
Medical Center and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Ken lectures nationally on a variety of topics, serves on the
NC state licensing board, and uses food as medicine as a major
aspect of his practice. |

BRUCE RIND, MD, is a holistic
physician with both traditional and alternative medical training.
He is board certified in anesthesiology with additional training
in acupuncture, osteopathy and nutritional medicine. His professional
development has taken two directions: metabolic therapy focusing
on the thyroid/adrenal connection and rapid reversal of injury
to the brain from stroke, trauma, hypoxia and cerebral palsy. |

PAUL ROSCH, MD, is a clinical
professor of medicine and psychiatry at New York Medical College
and President of The American Institute of Stress. He has been
involved in stress research for over 50 years. Dr. Rosch has been
the recipient of numerous awards, including the Outstanding Physician’s
Award of the New York State Medical Society. For the past decade,
his interest and research has focused on subtle energy communication
pathways in the body and the clinical applications of magnetic
fields. He is the editor of Bioelectromagnetic Medicine, (Marcel

JACK SAMUELS, MSHA, is a graduate
of Northwestern University where he received both a BA in biology
and an MA in hospital administration. Following 15 years as a
hospital administrator, Mr. Samuels became an investment banker,
providing investment banking services to the health care industry.
He has been retired since 1995 because he found it impossible
to avoid becoming ill from MSG when traveling to serve his clients.
Mr. Samuels has lost consciousness on over 30 occasions from MSG.

RON SCHMID, ND, naturopathic
physician, writer, teacher, and farmer, has prescribed raw milk
for his patients for nearly 25 years. Dr. Schmid is a graduate
of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the National
College of Naturopathic Medicine and has taught at all four of
America’s naturopathic medical schools. He served as the
former clinic director and chief medical officer at the University
of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine. He is the author

KATIE SINGER, BA, CFE, is the
