Gemellia Arwen Eressea Ashley’s mother Tracey ate according to WAPF principles, including raw milk, pasture-raised animal products (eggs, meat and liver) and fish roe as well as cod liver oil, coconut oil and acerola powder. She made eye contact, smiled and rolled just after she was born. She is average size but weighs more than average, a sign of dense muscle and bone. Says mom: “I have enough milk for triplets, mostly cream.”
Seth is the second WAPF baby (and 5th child) born to Melissa. He weighed 9 pounds 3 ounces at birth and by 7 weeks he was 16 pounds, all on breast milk. The midwives were amazed at his growth and very happy disposition. He’s often mistaken for twice his age due to his strength, communication skills and size.
Serena and her brother Rohan, happy healthy children of Steven and Therese, take cod liver oil and eat kefir, pastured eggs, meats, raw dairy and fermented beverages, Serena directly and Rohan via his mother’s nourishing milk.
The Farmer’s Daughter, Ariel, born to Glen and Therese, organic dairy farmers from Gympie, Australia. After four boys, they now have a wonderfully healthy baby girl, 9 pounds 4 ounces and very focused from birth.
Jetta is a happy 8-month-old who loves her cod liver oil and raw butter, plus Mom’s nourishing breast milk.

Charlie is a happy 10-month-old who loves his homemade raw milk formula. He also gets his daily cod liver oil and egg yolk with liver. We thank God daily for the Weston A. Price Foundation and their healthy alternative to feeding Charlie when we were not able to breastfeed.
Weston A. Price baby Summer Amanda, is picture-perfect posing with pumpkins and autumn squash.
At 10 months old, Joseph Ray enjoys raw grated grass-fed organic bison liver, nutritional yeast, coconut oil, meat broth, and especially his cod liver oil. People comment on how alert, curious and strong he is.
Eli’s parents are grateful for the WAPF information everyday “when we watch our son run, jump and play, ride the ponies, ride his bike and do somersaults.”
Sophia Teva holds a bottle of cod liver oil capsules at four weeks old. Her parents followed the WAPF diet for 18 months before conceiving, which they weren’t sure was possible as they had followed the vegetarian lowfat lifestyle. Sophia means “wisdom” in Greek and Teva means “nature” in Hebrew. She is so named because her parents listened to the wisdom of nature and were able to conceive and have such a healthy, strong baby.
Fallon at three weeks. At five months she spoke her first word. Fallon’s mom, Sarah, WAPF chapter leader from Tampa, Florida, followed a WAPF diet while pregnant and nursing, including plenty of cod liver oil and raw milk.

Beautiful Charlotte Lilly, born to happy WAPF parents Steven and board member Cherie.

Healthy and strong, David, newest member of Dan’s family, weighed over 9 pounds at birth.
Cheerful, alert, intelligent, the daughter of Becky, who during pregnancy ate a nutrient-dense diet that emphasized raw foods, is a pleasure to be around.
Little Princess Fallon, born to Tampa, Florida chapter leader Sarah, has been the picture of health and strength since birth. Her mother followed a wise and traditional diet throughout pregnancy.

Lydia Elizabeth was born at home after a relaxing labor and caught by her daddy. She is very calm and sweet and has been a good sleeper since birth.
Jason recovered from a difficult birth thanks to his breastfeeding mother consuming milk shakes based on whole raw milk, and drinking them himself as soon as he was old enough. He has beautiful white uncrowded teeth and continues to enjoy excellent health.
Thomas holds his head up like a champ at one day old. The first Wise Traditions baby in a family of four, he is heavier, stronger and calmer than his siblings.
Born 10 weeks early, twins Ethan and David pose with their brother David. Breast fed at first, they transitioned to the homemade raw milk formula at four months. At a recent checkup, the doctor was “amazed” and said their skin and hair look like breast-fed babies. The doctor asked for the formula recipe!
Edan Anwar is brimming with health and vitality. His mother followed our dietary advice for one year prior to conception and consumed raw milk, cod liver oil, eggs, butter, broth, coconut oil and grass-fed meat during pregnancy. His parents joke that he is made out of butter, he is so robust.
Born to proud parents Monica and Franklin, Bodhi Jack weighed in at over 10 pounds at birth. Bodhi is happy and healthy thanks to his mother’s nourishing traditional diet.

From proud mother Jennifer: “I can’t adequately express my gratitude for the prenatal dietary guidelines you published in Wise Traditions, Summer 2005. I brought this issue with me to my very first meeting with homebirth midwives, so that I could discuss my nutritional plan, and they were utterly intrigued. I found myself more energetic during this second pregnancy, at 36, than my first, at 33, and this despite running after an active toddler and never napping.” Big sister Pella Lisa holds Sanna Elka, born at over eight pounds even though she was 2-3 weeks early. Before and during pregnancy, mom’s diet included daily doses of cod liver oil to provide 20,000 IU vitamin A, raw milk and dairy products from Organic Pastures, high-vitamin butter oil and coconut oil.
From proud mom Jenny: “Just wanted to let you know how smart my little Weston Price baby is! I was reading a newsletter from the hospital where I delivered and they said that 20-month-olds know an average of 15 words. Well, as predicted, Summer at 20 months knows at least a few hundred words, if not more. She can recognize almost the entire alphabet and counts to ten. Thank you again for all your info!”
Over 8 pounds at birth, Nicholas Heinrich enjoys a cuddle from his big sister and proud WAPF member, Johanna. “We started drinking Real Milk in July 2004,” reports Mom. “This is my eighth baby, but my first Real Milk baby. I am 43 and “everyone” was worried—but he is healthy, alert, a good nurser, and a good sleeper. We thank God for his safe arrival—and the WAPF Campaign for Raw Milk for helping us to get there!”

Nine-month old Paavo recognizes a nourishing food when he sees it. He is chewing on a short rib bone—can’t get enough of it. He actually fell asleep with the bone in his hand, writes proud father Daniel.
Michelle’s second baby was born with a cleft palate, which could not have been due to Vitamin A as often claimed, because she had no source of true Vitamin A at the time. She located a source of raw milk and supplemented her breast milk with raw milk formula after her son was born. He is a happy, hardy baby who avoided the frequent ear infections and weight-gain difficulties of typical cleft-palate babies, and healed from the surgery much faster than normal. Over eight pounds at birth, Skyler David is the second beautiful Weston A. Price baby born to the family. “I cannot believe what a good baby he is,” says his mom. “I think it is neat to have two after eating the Weston Price way because everyone said, ‘Oh, just wait till the second one, you can’t have two really good babies!'” A nourishing traditional diet is the way for all babies to be good babies!
WAPF beauty Lillian Margaret weighed over eight pounds at birth. She and mom Kelly, dad Steve and older sister Elena are all thriving on a nutrient-dense diet.
