It took me some unexpected belly fat to learn about food and change my ways from a junk and ICEE diet to a gluten free and organic diet almost ten years ago. But it wasn’t until I bought Dawn Combs book “Conceiving Healthy Babies” (while unknowingly pregnant!) that I learned about raw milk and jumped head first into the beautiful world of politically incorrect nutrition along with Sally Fallon Morell and the Weston A. Price Foundation. My oldest son is now five years old and ever since his first food (beef bone broth) we have based our way of eating on the Wise Traditions principles.
I’m now an herbalist and health coach, and have followed my family line of great love for cooking. I incorporate all that into helping people, especially mothers, do the necessary changes in their lives so they can offer a healthy and happy lifestyle to their families.
I’m married to the coolest rabbi you’ll ever meet and together we have two children, Elliot (5) and Oliver (1), a cat named Bruno (our first baby) and a dog named Bella.
