Growing up on a farm in northern New York, Laura learned to grow, prepare, serve and enjoy homemade-from-scratch foods from the farm's one-acre vegetable garden. When her father was diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer in her 20s, Laura's interest in using food for healing grew.
Over the next 30 years, she attended over 25 international conferences and retreats on nutrition, gut health, and organic farming.
She also received over 15 certifications in functional nutritional therapy, dietary protocols, allergy release, energy medicine, and more.
