Elderberry syrup is a natural remedy that supports your body as it detoxifies from symptoms we refer to as the common cold. Combines ginger, lemon, cinnamon, cloves, elderberries, and honey in a beautiful blend of nutritious goodness. This method is quick and easy my whole family loves the way it tastes. My three year old is always begging for his “special medicine.”

- 1 tsp Whole Cloves
- 1 Cinnamon Stick

- Enjoy in small doses right away or after it has been chilled in the refrigerator.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge. General recommended dose: 1 Tbsp/day for adults – ½ Tbsp/day for children.
- Disclaimer: I am not a doctor and cannot recommend the correct dosage for anyone. Raw elderberries can sometimes cause diarrhea, nausea, or even vomiting. Consult your doctor if you have questions and consume at your own risk.
* Children under the age of 1 should not consume honey. (Yes, you can substitute another sweetener but honey is preferred for its natural medicinal attributes.)
