5G smart meters, EMFs, and vaccines all affect our well-being, but what can we do about it? It doesn’t seem we always have the option to opt out of smart meters. School systems seem to require vaccines. 5G and non-native electromagnetic frequencies are virtually everywhere. Are there any solutions available to us? How can we protect ourselves?

This is episode 463, and our guests are Josh Del Sol Beaulieu and Cal Washington. Josh is the man behind the Take Back Your Power documentary, and he has helped form the community that seeks to establish a way out of the manmade technology that is damaging our health. Cal Washington is the Cofounder of the InPower Movement. He is a family man turned law merchant scholar.

Together, they share recent research that exposes the health risks associated with the technologies I mentioned, EMFs, 5G smart meters, and vaccinations. Josh and Cal also reveal a fresh approach to empowering ourselves in relation to the companies that seem to be steamrolling over us with these technologies. Josh, I want you to tell us a story of someone who’s been injured by either cell towers or 5G.

Part of my awakening process and engagement into this vortex of whatever this all is, this awakening, solutions, and co-creating this new reality. It happened in 2011. I had a web development company, and I was tired of making websites for government clients. I started hearing about smart meters called Smart Utility Meters. I heard about what was going on in California. People were getting sick, the privacy risks, the invasions, and the surveillance.

I heard about British Columbia because they were being deployed there. This was the summer of 2011. I was doing research on this. I’m like, “Why isn’t anybody talking about this? Why isn’t this on the news?” I was naive still at the time. I started interviewing people after hearing about my friend. When one was installed in their house, and they lived on the bottom floor of the house, she immediately had symptoms. She had dizziness, nausea, and heart palpitations. It couldn’t function in the same way. She didn’t know the smart utility meter was installed. She started having those symptoms. A few weeks later, she realized that it was installed.

Can you tell us what a smart meter even is? Some people might think it’s a benign thing. Isn’t it a way that the electric companies have automated their ability to see how much electricity your family is using? What’s the problem?

There are five problems that we identified and documented in the documentary film I ended up making called Take Back Your Power, which is now freely available on the website. People can watch it there. We documented the five areas of concern or harm, health being one of them. Pulsed wireless radiation has high levels of intensity depending on proximity. If somebody is on the other side of the wall from a smart meter, I’ve heard many stories of people being sick. Most of them don’t connect it to the deployment of that technology.

The other aspect of health is dirty electricity. Voltage transient on the power lines. The second issue is cost increases. This technology does not operate the same way as our old electro-mechanical analog meters with the turning dial, and you could see it move. It only charged you for usable electricity. The third is fire risks. We document this in the film, which was released originally several years ago. This is the history now of documenting the problem leading up to what Cal is doing with the solution of mass action of liability in a powerful way.

The fourth is hacking vulnerability. Everybody’s home and the grid itself becomes tremendously more vulnerable to things like hacking and MPS to such an extent, whereas we included a clip from the former CIA director saying that this is not a smart grid. It’s a stupid grid. The fifth one is privacy invasions and surveillance. Smart means Surveillance Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology. It’s an acronym. That’s designed to harvest, capture data, and pull it out to the extent where we had admissions from CTOs of $200 million utilities saying that they’re selling that data for profit. This is something that was done surreptitiously. It’s all documented in Take Back Your Power.

These smart meters have swept across the country. Are they around the world?

Cal will talk about the uniformity of the system of commerce and matrix and what we can do with solutions. It’s the same thing with technology. They’re all designed to work together. There are a few places that haven’t been touched by this. This is a topic in which I was heavily involved for several years. I went away to do other work, like in the spiritual sense, and explore the depth to which we need to come to respond to this challenge at this time.

Now, Cal’s organization, which I helped to start initially those years ago, from 2014 to 2017, has spent several years creating a process by which we can effectively hold liable those individuals who are causing this harm. I’m motivated to spread their message and tell people this is a problem, but now we have a powerful solution.

I want to hear about that. Cal, tell us about InPower.

The two of us formed around us. We didn’t intend for it to happen. It was organic. It’s one thing leading to another. It stems from my experience with the court, divorce, driving, and dealing with the government. I got some major events happened. People are stepping down from high places. I learned that there was a jurisdiction above where we’re taught. When I started to operate in that, they paid attention.

I know what you’re talking about because when Josh first told me about this mass action to hold these companies accountable for the ways in which they’re entering the population and capturing their data without permission, I said, “Is this a lawsuit?” He’s like, “My friend, Cal, has to explain.” Explain this to me.

On the vaccine thing, they passed a statute saying they can’t be held liable. Vaccine manufacturers and anybody deploying the vaccines can’t be held liable, but everybody forgets the part that you can’t be held liable in a state or Federal court. That doesn’t mean you can’t be liable in commerce, which is operating above all that at a worldwide level. The key to the solution is to get out of that jurisdiction and go into this higher one. They don’t have an answer for it.

I thought you all were making this mass action accountability push related to 5G, EMFs, and smart meters. I didn’t know vaccines were a part of the equation. What made you bring that in?

The smart meters are where we started, and 5G started to come about. As we were studying 5G, we knew they were going toward this thing called the Internet of Bodies. They want everybody hooked up to the internet with AI running everything. They can control your thoughts and a whole bunch of things, which I won’t get into.

One of the ways that they would be able to get the particles into our body that would respond to the 5G was vaccines. We were looking at the vaccines. While we were studying 5G, COVID came, and we went, “That’s what they’re going to do. They’re going to do a vaccine.” We knew that they were going to do a mass vaccination because they wanted us hooked up to the 5G. The smart meters are also a part of that thing. It’s one big thing. We look at it differently, but it’s one control grid plus the spraying in the air. They’ve been putting particles in our bodies the whole time.

This is alarming. Are you saying that what’s in the shots is somehow responsive to the non-native electromagnetic fields? Josh, what do you think?

In my presentation, I tried to do my best to collate the work being done by tremendous researchers who are on the cutting edge and the front lines. They are looking at blood cell microscopy in which they’re finding what appears to be one of the researchers that I showed a clip from Dr. Lanbaer. He describes it as kinetic active microstructures. Dr. Ana Mihalcea, David Nixon, and Alex Zach, on the way forward, are interviewing many people on this. It appears to be that something is happening in her blood that facilitates the presence or the self-organization of microstructures.

The first thing that alerted me to this agenda was, a number of years ago, I found a YouTube video by Rice University released in 2016 that showed that under the presence of a vaguely electromagnetic field, carbon nanotubes self-assemble. This could be comprehending what’s going on here because, in law, the word understanding means something else.

It’s like you stand under it. We’re not standing under that. We have a higher jurisdiction. Comprehending what’s going on here is fundamental to understanding that there is a higher process we are in that is divine in which we are being challenged. That challenge is being allowed. We are being impelled and inspired to respond from this dark night of the soul that we’re presented with, comprehending the situation and how these agendas intersect.

This sounds like the stuff of science fiction. There is some plan to get us subjugated to powers that want to control our minds and souls. You all seem to talk about it as if it’s a matter of fact, but do you find this alarming, Cal?

I don’t find it alarming at this point. I’ve been through a lot. It’s more an awareness, like Josh said. Once you are aware of the truth, the truth can set you free because you know what to do. If you don’t understand the situation that you’re in, you’re going to act a certain way, and we’ve been trained to act a certain way. Go to court and petition. We keep doing these things, but we’re not getting any results. Once you see it for what it is, you rise above and deal with it at a higher level. That’s when it backs down.

Let’s talk more about this rise above because I’m still wrapping my head around this mass action. You’re going to try to bring accountability for vaccine manufacturers, the people behind 5G, and the smart meters all at once.

People who are joining our site come in with one of those things as the main thing that’s bothering them. They don’t understand what I said, that it’s all one thing. We did separate it out into the four agendas. They come in and learn that it’s all connected. They still want to deal with a smart meter, vaccination, 5G, or the spring in the air. That’s how we’ve set it up. They can choose which one they want tack from. I don’t like that word, but that’s what we’re doing. They choose which agenda and the respondents from that agenda. They send the documents, and we’ve tailored the documents for four agendas for each country.

Does someone have to have a pressing issue? I feel good, thank goodness. How could I be involved? How could I say? Would I have to pick one of the four to get involved and fight these powers that be?

Yes, you have to pick one of the four. The reason why the four is because it’s happening the same way everywhere on Earth. The smart meters are identical in Norway. They’re deploying there in Denmark, the United States, Canada, and Australia. All vaccines, in particular the COVID vaccines, were the same ones everywhere on Earth. There’s no variance on it. The 5G is happening everywhere on Earth exactly the same way with the same company. It was their clever way of deploying weapons using commercial means, but it’s also their weak spot because now we can attack at those four points. They can’t back out of that situation because they started it.

The fourth element is the spraying of chemicals in the air. I went to Switzerland. I was hiking near the Matterhorn. It was beautiful except for the streaks in the sky. Anybody who’s been alive for the past several years must see these lines in the sky that are not simply condensation trails, but they are these methods on the population. Not everyone is aware of this or believes this. How do you talk to a skeptic who thinks, “That’s normal plane condensation trails?”

We don’t have to talk to anybody about the chem trails. People who have an awareness of this come in and want to deal with it. For those who don’t understand it, they can understand vaccines, smart meters, or 5G. It’s not about training people. It’s getting them to find solutions for those four issues that are happening to everybody everywhere.

Did you want to add something, Josh?

No, I wanted to reiterate what Cal said. We’re not trying to convert people. I feel like my heart’s still in this organization even though I helped co-found it, and my spirit guided me to release it to Cal and to their capable board. They went and did the work. Now that it’s complete, I’m the biggest champion. I’m supporting what they’re doing because I’m deeply aligned with it. InPower Movement is providing service to the creator and mankind.

What they and we feel is the most effective core-level solution for those who are already awake but wondering, “What do we do? Where’s justice? Why don’t class action lawsuits work? We know that. That was explained at the keynote. It’s all business and corporate. What Cal teaches is that people were clamoring afterward to ask him more questions because they were like, “We all resonate with this. We hear the truth about jurisdictions when he describes that. We understand intuitively that there’s more than this corporate United States. There is the Constitution. Why is it that can’t even be brought up in the courts of the corporate United States?”

It’s because there’s a republic of the United States that’s higher than that where that does exist. We’ve tacitly agreed to contracts and understandings, and even when we vote. We’re saying that we’re putting ourselves in a box. We’re agreeing to things that are diminishing our rights, which never go away because we are men and women. We need to understand that there’s something happening on the planet by which the divine DNA, the spirit of the creator, our souls, and spirits need to now assert a boundary.

Fundamentally, there has been an interruption in our natural divine evolution here. It’s coming down to a choice of standing for life or being passive, being silent, and going along with the path of least resistance. I see more people now understanding that we have not only the opportunity to make this choice for life and speak to people. People are way more open now, but we have the inspiration to do it. God is doing things like bringing people together now in synchronistic ways that never happened before.

Let’s say I want to get involved. I go to InPower Movement and say, “I’m going to choose the chemtrails. I want to fight those on this higher level that you’re describing.” What happens next, Cal?”

You pick your respondents that are responsible for that agenda. They have to be in your country for logistical reasons. It can be anybody in your country. We vet your respondents for you to make sure that they’re proper because we don’t want you to get in any trouble. Those are put into the database. When you’re ready to send your documents, you push in the number, and the forms will be filled out with the addresses and daily fee that you’re going to charge. The documents are emailed to you. You take them to a notary with two witnesses. You fill them out and mail them.

A daily fee that I’m going to charge. I’m holding them accountable where it hurts in their pocketbook.

That’s what they listen to. They don’t listen to petitions, complaints, or any of that stuff. When it’s going to take money out of their pocket, they pay attention because the whole world is run by that. That’s what it is. That’s your daily fee. The basic premise is I will accept your spraying in the air and 5G on the condition that you can prove it’s safe. We don’t have to disprove that it’s safe or prove it’s unsafe. They have to prove that it is safe. Because these are actual weapons, they cannot be proven safe because a weapon is never safe. If they can’t prove that within fourteen days, I’m going to charge you X amount of dollars per day. Do we have a deal?

In addition to that, part of the process is an affidavit. If you understand or comprehend law, legal, or anything to do with justice, any process, anywhere, an unrebutted affidavit stands as fact. That’s acknowledged universally. Because of the way that the affidavit that you agreed to and signed as part of this process is structured, they cannot respond to it with any evidence or truth. Cal, has any respondent ever tried to respond to the affidavit to rebut it as is required by any process? They can’t because it’s like trying to prove a gun is safe. It can’t be done. It is designed to send a projectile out the end. That is never going to be proven safe.

We’re not anti-gun. It’s a weapon, but you can’t prove that a gun is safe. I’m not saying prohibit guns. A weapon can never be proven to be safe because it’s designed to kill, destroy, or wreck something. That’s what it’s designed to do.

I’m curious what success you’ve had if the respondents are scrambling to make sure they don’t have to pay people these fines. What success has InPower had so far?

We’ve seen people step down throughout my personal journey. We’re seeing that repeated. When we started doing the documents, we had about 200 people do them at various stages, but we had about twenty people step down worldwide. We’ve also amassed over $1 billion worth of bills, which is significant.

If you did X amount of claimants, which are our members, times $20,000 a day, which is our average thing that people choose, times four respondents, and you multiply that by 365 days, you’ll start to see some numbers. That’s one claimant. When you make it a million claimants, it starts to become a serious amount of money that we can take out of this current system.

Do you think these respondents are going to start paying up?

No, they’re never going to pay. A part of the law merchant thing is this idea of bills of exchange, which were common 200 years ago, but we’ve been trained out of it. The bills of exchange are money in their system. This is how the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers became wealthy. They’ve done it through these negotiable instruments. We’re recreating those instruments that they have created to get the wealth. We’re taking that wealth back and giving it back to the people.

Josh, I heard you say earlier that you had no idea this was all going to come about when you first got rolling. What do you make of where you all stand now?

To put it in perspective, in 2011 and 2012, when I was making Take Back Your Power, I always had high expectations of myself. If I do something, I want it to have an effect. I was like, “If I make this documentary about smart meters, and if it’s well, eventually it’s going to stop the agenda. It’s going to become common knowledge and release it for free. We’re going to send it to all of the elected reps, and it’s going to stop smart meters.” Part of that might be ego thinking that I could do that.

What I realized was no, there needs to be a mechanism because they’re all getting paid. Their system is money. Their language is commerce. When Cal talked about Revelation 18, using their system, it’s like this Aikido move where you take their system of commerce, notices, money, and liability, fill the cup double, and hand it back. That’s what it says in Revelation 18.

Most of our readers understand that we are in a shift of the ages that has been ascribed to the biblical end times. It’s not the end of life. It’s a shift of the ages. It seems like there are two different timelines, maybe more, but two different things. A choice point between octaves of reality in which we are going to exist.

To exist on the higher one, our creator God is calling us to co-create without fear, move through fear, process anger, and fear, grieve, heal emotionally, get those blocks out of the way, and move through fear. I don’t know, Cal, if you want to touch on that process of fear and moving through it. When people come in, that’s what a lot of them do.

Fear is a thing. We all start in fear. There’s nothing wrong with it, but you have to move out of it. I started in fear, and I have no fear now. It is a process. We talk about it and make it okay to be afraid. You don’t have to pretend like you’re not afraid. Deal with the fear and move it out of your life. Your life will start to change. The fear keeps you down. You can never move up in that fear. The Bible says fear not 365 times.

You have to think about that. That means there is something that would make you afraid. There’s something there that should make you afraid, but it’s telling you don’t. Shut that off and move past the fear. That’s when the miracles start to happen. This is how David was able to take on Goliath when nobody else would even touch him. He moved past fear. I don’t have a fear of that. I took on a bear and a lion. He was good with a slingshot. He went, “I can get right in that armor spot right there. I know I can because I’ve practiced.” He went in there with no fear, took five stones, and knocked the guy down.

You said you started in fear. Could you tell us what that was like and what it was provoked by?

When I started, it was a divorce. They were aggressive in court. I was being arrested. I started driving without a driver’s license. I was constantly looking over my shoulder for the police. I’m going to have to deal with this. I can remember a lady at one of these meetings I went to with all these people talking about crazy stuff for me at that point. She was going, “You have to get over your fear.” I was like, “How do you do that?” She’s a cute little lady. I’m like, “You get over your fear of the police.” I could tell she had it. I did not understand that now, but I was there. I get anxious. I don’t know what to do as soon as I see those red and blue lights. Now, it’s like, “Whatever.”

I chose that because that thought comes like, “I’m going to have to deal with it.” I went, “No, I am not going there. I’m not going into any anxiety. It’s going to be what it’s going to be. I will get through this no matter what it is. I don’t need to have all that extra emotion going on because it’s creating a reality. Once you understand that, you’re creating a negative reality for yourself. Put it that way. If you stop that and choose not to go into those states, these miracles start happening. I can attest to that. I’ve been through it.

Both of you have woven some thoughts related to faith in our conversation, which is beautiful. What comes to my mind is a quote from St. Julian of Norwich, who says, “All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.” When you know the end of the story, you can move out of fear into faith with confidence. I want to go back to what you were saying about a shift at this time and to talk about numbers with you, Cal. How many people do you think you need to be a part of this commerce mass action you’re talking about for it to be effective? Is it effective enough already?

It’s the hundredth monkey syndrome if you understand what that is. There will be a certain percentage that will hit a number. I don’t know what it is. It could be the 144,000. Who knows? There are people who think it’s the square root of 1% of the population, and there’s a number there. All we’re going to do is try and go for that number. When we hit it, things will happen. It won’t be everybody. It doesn’t have to be everybody. It has to be a certain percentage. I’m sure it’s agreed upon all the way to God what that is. We need to hit it.

What do you think, Josh?

You mentioned faith. It’s something that’s central to my life, as many of us in this conversation. I’ve been having my faith understanding of what faith is expanded. It’s more along the lines of what Yeshua talked about and how he suggested praying. It’s not faith for the future in a different reality after this incarnation, but rather, we want the divine kingdom to come here into the Earth and the Earth of our bodies and planet as mankind is all one.

For years, I was praying and struggling with the esoteric aspect of religion. There’s a teacher who’s inspiring me named Graham Cooke in his series. It’s an audio series called The Faith Series. It’s from several years ago. It has helped me to comprehend that faith is action going forward. Belief is internal, and faith is external. Faith is acting on the belief or the knowing that we have at our core. It’s not putting trust in something that I can’t control later on.

A lot of that has been misconstrued by the church. It is at the crux of why many feel they resonate with the core message of the way of Christ, Yeshua, and the early church, but not the structure of religion because all structures like that are not rooted in that deep essence and subject to be co-opted. There’s a commonality. When we hear the truth, we feel it in our hearts and minds, and there’s a connection that happens. When we feel that the essence of our source and creator is in us, there’s something that we’re all trying to get to.

It’s a deeper expression and essence of who we are. The message was Christ abiding in us as we abide in Christ. There is this higher and lower thing that seems to be a paradox that it’s not like, “I’m here, and God is outside.” There’s a fractal holographic reality of the one living in us. Some thoughts came to me. If I am living intentionally and having that dialogue with a creator every day, God is going to be intentionally expressing in my life. If I’m living benevolently, God in the universe, I’m going to gravitate to a benevolent universe.

These are the ways that my understanding has led me and my inspiration creator has shown me. We all have our sacred way, and I like to think of that way as a W. That’s what was opened up by Yeshua 2,000 years ago. He calls us to follow him and be like brothers and sisters to him. It’s that mystery that has driven me forward. Many can relate in their own way that there is a path that we’re being led on, and we are being called to follow it. Part of that is discomfort, but another part is this deeper joy that’s opening up.

We’re at this conference now, and some people and I were discussing how the truth of the messages here having to do with nutrition and healthy living have brought that deeper joy you’re describing. That’s resonated with people in a profound way. I’m hoping that this conversation has as well. My question to you is, if there’s someone reading who’s like, “I resonate with the fact that 5G, smart meters, sprayed chemicals, and the vaccines are harmful, but I don’t know about this whole commerce mass action thing.” Is there something else they can do that would be the right way for them?

You can mitigate for yourself, like protecting your environment and eating healthy. Part of what the Bible says is we have dominion here. That’s over the land, sea, and air. It’s also over solid, water, and gas. It’s elemental. If you understand the matrix that this thing is, and even the movie Matrix is telling us a lot, we can shape this matrix. The matrix has to conform to our state of mind, and emotion drives it. It has to be driven by a point of view. That’s the faith part where you understand what’s going on. You emotionally charge that and have action, and the reality changes.

This is why my small example is I was in transit, and there were two police officers. I wasn’t wearing a mask. It’s mandated. There are signs everywhere and announcements. I see the two officers right by the door where I have to go out. I instantly got the anxiety, and I went, “No, I’m not doing that.” I had the thought, “I’ll go out to another door.” I said, “No, I’m not doing that either. I have the right not to wear a mask, and I’m going right past them.” I was within the elbow. There are two of them, a man and a woman. I’m looking at both of them as I’m walking up to them. I went right by them, and they didn’t make eye contact with me. Their job is to catch people without masks.

Josh, what do you think? Is there a way in which we can live and fight these things without doing this? I understand that you’re trying to motivate people to get involved and take action in this particular way, but are there other ways in which we can be our fully divine selves as children of God with rights of autonomy and freedom in the midst of these powers that are trying to persecute us?

We don’t have rights. We have dominion. People have to stop saying rights because rights means there is something above me, and I have the right to less of that oppression. There is nothing above you except God. He doesn’t have oppression on you. You don’t need rights. We have dominion. That’s different. We grant rights.

I would suggest that you take the information in even of everything that is presented in your reality, including this conversation and for those present here, including all of the divine expressions, talks, and meetings at an event such as this, and pray and intend about it. Ask that you would be led in the way that can be most effective and aligned with where you’re at now.

Everybody needs to play at the level that they can. For some people, there are still blockages and things in the way. Everyone is going through this. Nobody’s got it 100% completely enlightened permanently state that I know of anyway. We all are working on our stuff, but ask your source, “What’s the guidance for me? What do I need to be focused on? What’s the message for now? How should I live? Guide me.”

Be spiritually stubborn about the reality within you and understand that you’re in the process of awakening so that more what’s happening on the outside of you, especially if it’s fear-based, is not going to affect you, and that’s going to have a diminishing effect over time. God is happening in you. If you come from that framework, the light that is within you, the Holy Spirit, is going to be expanding, increasing, and expressing, especially if you’re asking for it every day. That’s going to nourish you.

It is time to wrap up this conversation. I found it nourishing and inspiring. I want to ask you the question I always pose at the end. A lot of readers are looking to get healthier, feel stronger, and be more resilient. If they could do one thing to improve their health, what would you recommend that they do? Cal, you go first.

Learn how to breathe. When God created Adam, he breathed into him. The breath is the essence of what it is. Even God’s name as he came forth was pronounced Yahweh, but there are no vowels in it. It’s a breath.

You’re breathing the air and water. A lot of people are saying in the presentation, “We saw distilled water and nitrogenization of water are effective at things like binding any graphene oxide or any weirdness. Soaking in water with borax, for example, Epsom salt. Air, water, and Earth, the food that you eat. For me, it’s also the times that I’m eating. I’m developing discipline around food and life in general. I’m putting myself in places of discomfort willingly so that discomfort doesn’t come to me in a harder way. It’s being willing to go through the process of discomfort and the purity of the elements.

This has been a wonderful conversation. I’m thankful to both of you that you are following the path that has been destined for you. I’m glad that our paths crossed. Thank you so much, Cal and Josh.
