Welcome to the show, Leslie.

Thanks so much for having me, Hilda. It is so great to be with you. I always love talking to you.

I love talking to you, too. You were a wealth of information, and I have to congratulate you on the victory in court that has made it possible for us to travel mask free. Leslie, how do you feel having won this amazing victory?

First of all, it has been a complete whirlwind for the last few weeks since we got this decision. It has been so gratifying more than anything to hear all the stories and see all the videos and all the photographs of people all over the country ripping off their masks. Flight attendants are dancing and singing. Did you see the video of the flight attendant walking down the aisle saying, “Take off your mask?” He is carrying a garbage bag and people are throwing them away. That is great.

That makes me so happy that there has been this outpouring of joy, excitement, and happiness. I also think my big takeaway is inspiration and hope. Winning that lawsuit was hugely symbolic for many people across the country because many Americans have felt powerless. Especially against the Federal government and feel that our country is slipping away.

All of the values that we hold dear are somehow slowly circling the drain. They do not understand why and what they can do about it, or even if they do understand why, they do not think that there is much they can do about it. What is exciting about this lawsuit is that it made people feel that we could make some change. We can affect change and do something.

Whenever I get on a plane, Leslie, they say compliance with wearing a mask is required by Federal law. That is one aspect that you looked into to fight this thing. Is there a Federal law indeed?

No, it is an absolute lie that there is Federal law because we have three branches of government. The executive under which all of the Federal agencies fall. The legislative, which makes laws, that is Congress, and the judicial, which is the court system. Congress did not pass a law saying that all Americans have to wear masks. The CDC asserted that power and said, “We can do that.” This is why coming back to the three things.

We argued three main things. 1) One is that they did not have statutory authority. 2) They did not follow the basic rulemaking process. 3) It was arbitrary and capricious. We argued something else. The judge agreed with all three of those but we also argued that even if they did meet the first three, it is inappropriate delegation of congressional or legislative authority to the CDC if that did happen because health powers are part of what are called Police Powers. The health powers are reserved for the states, not the Federal government. Congress does not have the authority to delegate that power to a Federal agency.

In essence, that is what they did. They were like, “CDC, we are going to do whatever you say as a nation,” when it should be the state’s decision.

WT 369 | COVID-19 Pandemic — COVID-19 Pandemic: COVID affects the elderly but no different than it does other people.

Let’s think about this. The CDC has a vaccine schedule. It is a recommended schedule. It is not an enforceable schedule. What happens is the individual states, “Take CDCs recommendations and decide which of those recommendations they want to or do not want to implement at the state level.” They then write their own statutes at the state. The state legislature does that. This is all the part of the brilliance of our founding fathers in creating a true balance of power between the states and the Federal government.

One of the big issues with CDC doing this is what is called Administrative Creep. That is what has been happening for decades. The CDC was essentially formed in 1944 under the Public Health Service Act. Roosevelt was someone who was trying to increase the power of the Federal government. He was trying to take power away from the states. That is what a lot of his policies were. It was all about the Federal government bailing everybody out, saving everybody, and doing all these things.

You have got others who are pushing back. Others meaning other presidents and legislatures, state legislatures, and legislators as well. It is all about this push-pull between the Federal government and the states. It is very clear that the health powers are reserved for the states. They were never intended to be something that was conferred to the CDC. It is a violation of the precepts of our constitution and everything.

Why did they keep saying on the planes, “The Federal law requires that you comply with the masks mandate?” I was like, “What?”

It is because they want you to believe that. Some of my attorneys say that we live in a post-constitutional world, and I think that is true. That means the administrative state has become so vast, so far-reaching, and so permanent that it is almost impossible for average Americans to fight back. When you hear people talk about the deep state, this is in large part what they are talking about. There are also people who are behind the scenes who may be pulling strings that do not have anything to do with the government. That is a deep state too.

The main part of the deep state is this administrative state. It lives under the president. If you want to live in a kingdom under a King, then having a huge administrative state is the way to go, but if you want to live under a system of government that is accountable to people, the last thing you want is a giant bureaucracy dictating how you live your life.

That is what we are getting. It has been all of these things. People tell me all the time, “You can’t compare COVID to what the Nazis did.” My retort is always, “Hitler did not start outgassing people. He started out slowly taking away their property rights, pushing them into ghettos, and making them wear armed badges. No tyrant ever starts out with the ultimate goal that they have.” Be it genocide or anything else. No one starts out with that. They always start out slowly and they do it step-by-step then, humans who apparently struggle to learn from history do not understand or recognize what is going on.

That is what has happened with the administrative state and with COVID. In fact, after we won the lawsuit, what happened was Fauci came out. He said, “We can’t have a judge overruling Public Health Authorities.” I was like, “We can and we should. In fact, we must if we want to have equal branches of government that are a natural check and balance against one another.” The problem is that the administrative state has grown to this behemoth, which is accountable only to the president. This is a major concern for me and any American who cares about the rule of law and the type of governance that we have.

As you said, we are not in a kingdom. We are supposed to be in a democracy where the people’s voice matters. We see a glimmer of hope like you said at the beginning of our conversation. I am also concerned because I heard that the ruling by the Federal judge in Florida is being appealed. Should we be concerned that this decision will be overturned and we will be back to wearing masks on public transportation again?

This situation is very interesting. What would it look like for CDC and DOJ if they did not appeal?

Confusion is a hallmark of mind control tactics.

It looked like we were right all along and there was no big deal.

That is one thing. We feel that they have painted themselves into a little bit of a corner because the public has clearly moved on and over this. What I saw during the initial announcements was that maybe 2 or 3 people on planes of 100 people were still wearing masks. Everybody else had taken them off. I hear since then that maybe 25% to 30% of people are wearing masks. That means 70% to 75% of the public is done with them.

How does CDC walk this tightrope of trying to maintain all of the measures in response to the supposed emergency, but at the same time, the public is over that? What was interesting to me was that the first thing that happened was, and it was not immediate. It was not even until the following day, but I am not 100% sure. It might have been that night that DOJ issued a statement saying that it would wait to see what the CDC’s assessment of the situation was before it decided whether or not to appeal. My response to that was, “Is there an emergency or not?”

If there is an emergency, why aren’t you appealing right away? Number one and number two, is DOJ supposed to be the top law enforcement agency or body in the country? They should be concerned about issues of law and push back if they think the law is wrong. They did say in their second statement that they disagree with the ruling, I believe. I can’t remember if they said that in their first one. My point is that they said they were going to defer to CDC’s assessment. That does not seem consistent with an emergency, which is also interesting because if you look at it, the CDC mask mandate was not even implemented until February of 2021.

What happened was Biden, when he was running, made a promise. He kept saying, “If I am elected, I will issue a nationwide mass mandate.” He said this, and then his first full day in office, he wrote an executive order instructing CDC to issue this mandate. They complied within about a week but wasn’t the peak of the real crisis in 2020? If there was no emergency warranted during all of 2020, why all of a sudden do we need it in February of 2021? It does not make any sense if there was truly an emergency.

I feel like, in some ways, the past few years have been like in a fog because people were isolated. They were afraid. They were restricted from things at work, normal activities, and connections. They became confused, and even our timeline has gotten warped, I think.

It is a known component of the manipulation of crowds and masses. Confusion is a hallmark of these mind control tactics. These tactics control the brains of the masses. Think about what happened if you had the Fauci come out in March of 2020 saying, “Nobody should be wearing a mask. Anybody wearing a mask is crazy.” He said this for 60 minutes. He said that it might make them feel better but it is a complete act. That is all it is. There is nothing, and the research shows that they do not work.

Maybe a month later, he was saying the opposite. You had the WHO saying one thing and then CDC saying something else. There is all this contradiction and what ends up happening is that you have the media putting all this out there and providing amplification to these stories, which are super confusing. The average person who is not engaged in paying attention to it becomes overwhelmed, confused, and can’t figure out what the truth is, especially when the mainstream media is saying one thing and the independent media is saying something else. They are like, “I am going to defer to authority.”

That is where they land because it is easier.

It is easier. I do not think it is an accident that there has been all this contradictory stuff and that we have been in this fog, Hilda. It is part of the way that they control people into doing what they want to do. I do not know if you have heard about this but the Pfizer documents are yielding some very interesting research.

One of the things that have come out is that they were planning all along to give six doses to the public. They also knew from very early on that the shots do not work. What that means is that they knew all along that they do not work. They do not confer immunity, wane quickly, and they are going to keep pushing them on people. Six doses were their original intention.

They did not say that at the outset because then people would not have done it but the PR made it seem like, “Stop the pandemic. Get vaccinated,” and people did. Here is another place where I feel like they have forgotten, Leslie, because then people are like, “This person got COVID. That person got COVID,” not even paying attention to the fact that the shot has not worked. It is very strange to me.

Coming back to what we were talking about. They knew from the very beginning that they did not work, more people died in the clinical trials than in the placebo group, there were heart issues from the beginning, they swept this all under the rug, and there is much more that is coming out. Coming back to what you were asking about, it is confusing and foggy.

I have said this from the very beginning. I do not believe that anything that has happened in the past years is about public health. It is about power and control. I came on this show with you in the spring of 2020 and said, “We are being deceived about so many things.” That is still the case and this is the problem. What happens is people still, for the most part, trust public health authorities and a lot of them trust the media, although that is changing. There are some very encouraging data that has come out, which is that 65% of Americans who got the first two doses did not get the booster. In the UK, 80% of the doses that they have bought are sitting there unused.

The public is realizing. I think it speaks volumes about what the public must have concluded on their own. If you look at the US again, 75 million Americans never got a single jab. Another 150 million-plus have not gotten the second or the third jab. If you add those together, it is roughly 225 million people who have not gotten a 2nd or 3rd jab, which, according to authorities, means that they are unvaccinated. My point is some people have wised up. They realize that they are being sold a bill of goods that, “Why should I take this?” I am sure you have heard about it. I do not know if you have had people on the show to talk about this but the massive increase of deaths that we have seen.

You would have thought it would have gone down in 2021 because the vaccine got rolled out, but instead of going down, the mortality rate overall went up. That indicates the cure was worse than the disease, as they say.

Even worse than that, it went up amongst the group that is not at risk. It went up amongst the 18 to 65-year-olds. It went up not a little bit. The death rate per age group is almost like a straight line over decades. It does not change. What happened was early in January, One Life America, which is a $100 billion life insurance company, reported that they had seen a 40% increase in death among the 18 to 64-year-olds in the latter half of 2021. This is staggering because what they said was that that is a twelve sigma event.

In Statistics and Mathematics, we look at things under what is called a Normal Distribution. Anything that is away from the center, like a bell curve, is what a normal distribution is. Anything that is outside the internal part is a couple of standard deviations. The CEO of One America said, “A 10% rise would have been a three Sigma event, which had the probability of happening once in 200 years.” What that says to you is that it is not random and not an accident. There is something that has happened. It is not only happening. Something has caused it.

This event was a twelve standard deviation event. According to mathematicians or statisticians, the chances of that happening are 1 in 2 billion years. On top of that, the difference between a person dying from COVID who is under the age of 70 and those who are over 70 is 1,000. People under 70 are 1,000 times less likely to die than those over 70. If you look at the death statistics for elderly is in line to even higher for COVID than it is for everything else. What this is telling you, first of all, COVID affects the elderly but no different than it does other people.

Secondly, the shots are injuring the people who are the least likely to be injured by COVID. Therefore, is there any societal benefit? Not at all. Why? Did they not know any of this? No, they knew tons of this. I can’t go into all the detail but the Pfizer documents are very damning. They knew so much. They never tested them on pregnant women, for instance, and yet, they are giving them to pregnant women and there has been a huge spike in miscarriages and stillbirths.

The propaganda is another way to manipulate the public into doing something at the bidding of those in power, not what is best for themselves and following their own heart.

It is so important for us to all understand that it is impossible with this knowledge to conclude that this is an accident, a mistake, or an oversight. How can we? How can you conclude that when they knew, in the clinical trials, that more people died in the shot group than in the control group, they did not confer immunity or protect against transmission from the very beginning, and yet, they proceeded? The only thing they did was they studied 44 rats and they give them to pregnant women. This is criminal, Hilda.

Again, we were talking about that fog about time but there is also fog and confusion with even the release of these documents. At first, Pfizer, if I understand it correctly, tried to delay the release of the documents for 75 years or something, then they went ahead and released them. It so happened that they were released around the time that things started heating up in Ukraine. It is very interesting timing, to say the least. I am glad the public around the world is asking questions. As you said, developing a healthy skepticism that may help them in terms of their relationship with experts.

Leslie, I do know people who are still touting the line. For example, they believe people should wear masks because you need to be more concerned for your neighbor’s health than your own. What would you say to someone who, in the court of public opinion, is hearing that argument like, “You are selfish for not wearing a mask?”

Can I address those two things separately? I think it is important. It was the FDA that asked a judge to block the release of the Pfizer clinical trial documents.

It was not the company themselves.

No. What does that tell you about sincerity and trustworthiness?

They should be on our side, Leslie. What it tells me is that they are not on our side. If they were on our side, they would say, “Divulge everything now.”

No, it was FDA. FDA will take $2.65 billion in user fees directly from the pharmaceutical industry, which amounts to roughly 45% of their overall budget and 65% of the drug approvers’ salaries at FDA. They know who is buttering their bread and it is not you and me. That is something. It was that and the whole Ukraine thing happened. Something else happened very interesting, which was the second traunch of the Pfizer documents were released. What happened next?

I do not know. What happened?

The Supreme Court’s opinion on Roe V. Wade was released. Isn’t that interesting? What has happened over the last few days? What has been the leading story?

It is all about what is going to happen with abortion and the legalization of abortion. I am going to interview Mary Holland from the Children’s Health Defense to discuss the Pfizer documents. Hopefully, we will talk about the 1st bunch that was released and the 2nd batch, but I want to go back to what you would say to a neighbor who suggests that a person is selfish when they are trying to live their lives like I do. In other words, they are saying I am being selfish because I am not taking into account other people’s health.

Are you responsible for how people eat? Are you responsible for whether or not people exercise, if people eat a lot of fried foods and trans fats, industrial vegetable oils, processed foods and grains, and white sugar? All these things damage and undermine their immune systems. Are we responsible for those choices? Are we responsible for people who do not exercise? No.

This is another part of the propaganda. “Do your part. Take care of grandma and grandpa. We are all in this together.” It is another way to, I believe, manipulate the public into doing what is best. Not what is best for themselves and following their own heart but into guilting them into doing something that the bidding essentially of those in power. It is not easy or comfortable but we have to throw that off. That is a shackle that none of us want to be bound by. That is one piece of it. The other piece of it is that if masks work, then why does me not wearing one have any effect on you?

If they work and clearly, they do not. The other thing that is interesting is it depends on how much of an educated response you want to give to somebody. If you want to go deep, the CDC submitted 400 pages of science in support of their mask mandate in our lawsuit. Guess what was absent from those 400 pages of documents? Not a single redemis controlled trial. What they have, for the most part, are these mechanistic studies where they shoot spittle or something out of a gun in a piece of fabric.

The fabric stops the liquid or whatever the droplets, but now CDC and who is admitting that this is aerosolized is changing the story again to confuse people. If you believe in the whole viral narrative and that viruses are these teeny tiny microscopic things, trying to catch a virus with a mask is like trying to stop a mosquito with a chain-link fence.

It is patently absurd but here is the most important piece. The most damning piece of evidence is that CDC did its own detailed meta-review of fourteen randomized controlled trials on handwashing, sanitizing, the environment and masking with respect to its impact on the spread of flu. They published it in May of 2020. Do you know what they found? None of those things had a negligible or any material impact at all.

The thing is, these were fourteen randomized controlled trials. They evaluated all of them. They all looked at what was the impact of all of these measures. The authors concluded that while there might be some mechanistic studies out there that show some efficacy for masks and these other measures, these fourteen randomized controlled trials do not support that thesis. CDC knew it very clearly in May of 2020 and two months before that. It takes a while to get this stuff published. It takes a while for it to get peer-reviewed and all this stuff to be put out.

It does not happen the day before. They knew darn well that masks do not have any impact and not just masks but also handwashing and sanitizing surfaces and all this stuff. All these measures do not have a material impact on the transmission of flu. People are like, “That is flu.” Again, if you believe in the whole viral narrative, viral theory, influenza is about the same size as SARS-CoV-2. It would stand to reason that similar airborne respiratory viruses would react the same to masking or to anything else. The science is simply not there and has only gotten stronger. Also, the science of the dangers has gotten stronger as well. It is very sad, Hilda.

People say believe the science, but they do not mean believe the science or I trust the science. What they mean is I trust what the authorities are saying because if they looked at the science, they would see that it does not back up the way they have been living.

Anthony Fauci said, “I am science.” Did you see that he said that? Sorry, Dr. Fauci, you are not science. Nobody is science. Science is about argument improve. It is about thesis, proving it, arguing, reproving it, reproducing it, all these things. The science is very clear and has been for over 100 years. Even the Washington Post wrote an article about masking in the Spanish flu pandemic that masking did not do any good. That was the agreed position of science for a Century. It was only in the Spring of 2020 that they started to change this to try to massage it, essentially. I believe manufacturers research in order to support their conclusion, which is that they wanted to mask the public.

I like to be positive, but I do want to ask you one doom and gloom question because I heard that Bill Gates and others, although he is a tech guy, I do not know how he got involved in all this, but saying that they are going to be more variant. How can they keep the fear narrative rolling if the science does not support these efforts to mitigate this “infection?” How can they keep this propaganda machine all rolling?

It is because Bill Gates and the government owned the media and the corporations. I have talked about this. The pharmaceutical industry spent $35 billion on advertisements around the world, not just in the US. I do not know if the marketing was involved in that. I cannot remember but that is a huge number. That is the GDP of a lot of countries. That is what they spent on marketing and advertising.

Almost no media outlet that is taking money from the pharmaceutical industry is going to run stories counter to the narrative that the jabs and everything that they are producing works. They are not going to talk about the problems with the tests that they are extremely flawed. They are not going to talk about the masks, the jabs, the social distancing. There is scant science supporting any of it. The pharmaceutical industry is so powerful. Not only the pharmaceutical industry, but I have said repeatedly that the medical complex is essentially organized crime.

It is a massive organized crime syndicate that controls our governments, the media, our universities, our hospitals, research, etc. On top of that, you layer in the Federal government. Fauci controls a research budget of $40 billion. The Federal government paid media outlets to support the official narrative for about $1 billion. You have got the government, the pharmaceutical industry, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. They “gave” $1 billion to the media in the first decade of the 20th Century. They also gave about $300 million to the media in the last couple of years.

You have a big problem from the flow of information, the accurate, trustworthy flow of information to the public. We have gotten to a place where my lawyer says it is post-constitutional. It is way beyond what the founding fathers envisioned. It is post-media, too, because you cannot trust the corporate major mainstream media. You must seek out independent media from all sources and make sure you double-check what they have to say elsewhere. You can’t trust the fact-checkers. They are owned by Gates and these other powers. They are all beholden or almost all beholden. It is incumbent upon each and every one of us to choose.

Coming back to the neighbors. I am not responsible for how many Cokes you drink, Lay’s potato chips and Fritos you eat, those ice cream, candy bars, or all these things. How could I be responsible for your health when I am not responsible for those aspects of your life? It is absurd to suggest that I am. We know that all of those things damage the immune system.

We are being, I believe, propagandized. You have heard me say before that it is legal now for the US government to propagandize Americans. There was legislation called the Smith-Mundt Act and it was repealed in 2012. The Smith-Mundt Act said that it barred the Federal agencies, CIA in particular, from propagandizing American citizens but they could propagandize foreigners. What that means of propagandizing is disseminating false information with the intention of deliberately manipulating a populous. They have been doing that in foreign countries for decades. It was illegal to do that here until 2012. When they repealed that under the National Defense Authorization Act, they said, “Do not worry, we are repealing it but we have not set up a program and we have not funded it or whatever.” In 2013, they set up the program, and in 2016, they funded it.

What is the program called?

I do not remember what the name of it is. In the UK, it was all about controlling public opinion and manipulating them through very sophisticated brainwashing and psychological mind control tactics. That is what they are doing. Think about this and think about this all the time. When the United States invaded Iraq, what did George Bush say? “It is going to be shekinah.” There was shocking all the images, the giant fireballs, the bombing, and all this stuff. How many of us had ever seen those images before? What happened in 2020 was the same thing in that we had a ticker tape of deaths and a ticker tape of cases.

It was nonstop coverage of this. It is shock and awe. Why? It is because when people are frightened and they are confused, all these things they then defer to authority. All of this stuff weaves together when you have this whole media component where the Federal government, the pharmaceutical industry, and these giant private foundations are manipulating the media and the information that you can receive, it is more crucial than ever that the populace turns off the boob tube, turn the freaking thing off, turn off the radio, and only access independent media that has been recommended to you by a friend or someone that you trust.

You vet yourself because otherwise, you are constantly being brought back into that, “It is my job to protect someone else.” America was founded on the idea that one, our rights come from our creator and two, the primacy of the individual. We are being told. We have been sold a bill of goods now for decades that it is all about the greater good and society, and that is anathema to me. That should be anathema to every thinking and patriotic American because we have the freedom to choose how we live our lives. I want to live in a world like that and a country like that. We are going down a very slippery path.

The truth is also the best way I can love my neighbor is when I am hale, hearty, and vibrant. I love what Tommy John says. He was like, “I am going to show up as my most sunbathed, strong and resilient person, as opposed to kowtowing to the manipulated media and suppose it, experts.” I am glad you said that about turning off the news. I want to ask you two questions as we start to wrap up. The first one I want to ask you is that I am not going to be making a case in court about my freedom to defend my freedom. Are there ways I can personally, besides turning off the news, regain my autonomy and my health freedoms?

What I have been suggesting people do as much as possible, and is very consistent with my role on the board of the Western A. Price Foundation and my belief in what we teach at Western Price, which is about independence and resilience. Grow your own food, start your own schools, create an independent homeschool network, academy, or something in your community, and band together with like-minded families and school your kids outside of the educational system because the educational system is where this is all started. This whole utilitarian ethic that it is my job to sacrifice myself in service to society. That is where that came from. It came from the Nazis. The number of trials taught us that utilitarianism is evil. It is never okay to hurt one person in order to protect another. How can you do that? It is crazy.

What you can do is take back your power by growing your own food, starting your own schools, and using cash as much as possible. Possibly even starting your own local currency. Create as much of a local community and system outside of the existing system as possible. Another thing I am working on is an integrated true health system in my community that has a Western physician, an allopathic physician, but it has also got the whole spectrum of people.

It will have homeopaths, chiropractors, natural paths and all these other things and do that inside the confines of a private membership association, which is outside of the legal system where everybody agrees to do it. Some of them are being done under the ages of a ministry and inside of trust and things like this but these are the things I am trying to work on to provide solutions because it is so important. We are only controllable to the extent that we are not independent.

As long as we are dependent on the system, we are at its mercy.

We face some serious times ahead and I would suggest that people have 3 to 6 months, 12 months, if they can afford bills in cash. I would be doing all I could to be building a network amongst my local community to be able to rely on each other, trade, educate, socialize and all these things. This is the way that we build resilience, and we create a separate paradigm outside the existing system, which will withstand what is happening. I believe our system is being imploded deliberately by the powers that be because they can’t borrow any more money and kick the debt can down the street any longer. They need some extreme situations in order to frighten the public into submission to their goals, and that is how you do it.

The way to bypass this is to be independent. They want us all on universal basic income. They want us all on a digital ID to access the internet that will connect to your finances, banking records, insurance, employment, medical records, vaccines, voter ID, passport, everything, all connected into one QR code globally. The World Health Organization signed a contract with a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom to create such a program.

Globalism is the problem. Localism is the solution.

What are you going to do if everything is in the digital electronic system and they tell you that you can’t drive your car if you do not get a shot or you can’t work if you do not get a shot or whatever? You can’t buy groceries, feed your family, and do all these things. My big mantra lately is globalism is the problem. Localism is the solution. That is the answer.

That is so beautiful that aligns so well with a Weston A Price Foundation. As you were saying earlier, we are all about taking our health into our own hands and building this resilience you were describing so that we can have optimal health because health is the first wealth. We do not want to be subjecting ourselves to medical interventions that we know are not going to save us. Our bodies are strong in and of themselves. I want to ask you the question I often pose at the end or I like to pose at the end. I know it might not have to do so much with our conversation. You have already offered so many insights, Leslie, but if the reader could do one thing to improve their health, what would you recommend that they do?

Be happy as hard as it is now. Get outside, get into nature, and be happy. Move your body. I went and did a five rhythms dance retreat. I did not know anything about it. I went completely blind, and it was one of the most beautiful, transformative experiences I have ever had. It helps to release tension, and I would say, energies from my body in a way I did not think was possible. It was amazing. That is one thing I would say. Get outside into the sunlight, move, be happy, connect with people, and learn how homeopathy because that is the true way to health and medical independence if you know how to use homeopathy.
