                                                                             be true – recipes include fermented salmon
                                                                             heads, cod livers with black berries, how to
                                                                             dry salmon eggs, pretty much everything!
                                                                             Much more than a recipe book, this offers
                                                                             a complete picture of how the Inupiat live
                                                                             with the fish in a beautiful way, giving us
